Dispatch & Delivery
Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 days, although there may be a slight delay during exceptionally busy periods such as festive seasons. Estimated delivery times should be used as a guide only and commence from the day of dispatch. Unda is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Local Delivery
Courier
We offer delivery strictly by courier to ensure the safe delivery of your items. Someone will need to be available to sign for your order, otherwise you will have to arrange redelivery, which may cost a small fee. Please note that there may be a slight delay during festive & busy periods.
International delivery
Orders for international delivery will take up anywhere between 7-21 business days, depending on delivery location.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking code, so that you can monitor your delivery until it arrives with you.
Packaging
All of our bags come packaged in a protective dust bag and apparels carefully wrapped in wrapping tissues.
Taxes & duties
If you are ordering for delivery outside of Singapore, please note that orders to certain countries may be subject to local taxes and duties on arrival, and that these are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchange
Our exchange/return policy is strict and only applies to defective goods. Exchange or refund of defective items must be done within 10 days upon receiving the parcel. All our goods are produced in exclusive quantity and the policy is to ensure that all customers gets a fair chance of purchasing the size/colour that they want. Customers may send an email to us to enquire about sizing before purchase. Defective goods does not include damage during transit, as we take pride and meticulous care in packaging all products to ensure safe delivery.
